How do I submit my digital files for print?
ShowCase offers three options for submitting files:
Option 1: Files under 7 MB can be e-mailed directly to: pat@showcaseexhibits.com
Option 2: Files over 7MB can be uploaded to the FTP.
The FTP site requires the use of FTP software - for example: Fetch
Access information - all lower case:

Resolution Requirements:
Photoshop or other pixel based digital files must be supplied at a minimum 100 dpi, maximum 150 dpi at the finished print size (300 dpi is overkill for large format digital printers).
Preferred Applications:
Preferred application for vector art is Adobe Illustrator. For pixel based art, Adobe Photoshop.
Placed Images:
Remember to include any images placed or linked to your digital file. Bleeds are not necessary.
Fonts:
When submitting print ready art, please "outline" or "convert to paths" all fonts.
Important Color Matching Information:
When color matching is important to you, we need something other than your digital file to match to. This means providing us with specific PMS colors or hard copy proof of what your colors should look like.
When sending Photoshop files, if a color match is required, the file must be in layers so we can manipulate a particular color. We cannot match to specific colors in a flattened Photoshop file.
If we have printed a graphic for you in the past and you wish to match color to that specific graphic, because of the sensitive nature and many variables relating to large format digital printing you must send the printed graphic back to us to match to. We cannot guarantee a color match based solely on information imbedded in a digital file.
